Jeff Gray

A seasoned and experienced operations and marketing leader, Jeff has experience across a broad range of institutions, including independent, assisted, and skilled nursing, and public and private software and hardware companies. Jeff currently serves as Executive Director of Aria Memory Care of Cedar Park. Before Aria, Jeff was the ED of Taos Retirement Village, a full service skilled nursing and independent living facility located in downtown Taos, New Mexico.  Prior to TRV, Jeff was CIO of Hyperformix, Inc, the leader in capacity management planning and performance optimizer software.

Jeff is co-founder of CoroHealth, a company that offers individual, music therapy solutions for therapists, caregivers and residents of long-term care facilities and WeeTunes, a company that provides custom music solutions to neonates and adolescents.  Prior to Hyperformix, Jeff was Director of Information Technology at Xplore Technologies where he managed and oversaw all aspects of operations, information technology, and business process. During his tenure at Xplore, the companies’ infrastructure and operations grew to support $50 million in annual revenue and helped the company grow into the global manufacturer and leader of mobile computing devices. Jeff has built, and managed environments from startups to million dollar companies. His prior experience includes a wide range of industries including information security, network consulting, high definition surveillance, and ERP systems design at companies including Covi Technologies. Jeff holds two degrees in Business Management and Marketing from Texas State University.
